(1) What is the delivery fee?
For delivery orders within Singapore that are below 7 items, the delivery fee is $7 flat.
For delivery order within Singapore that is 7 items & above, you will be entitled to a free delivery.
(2) How are my orders delivered?
All orders are packed in carrier bags and delivered by courier on your preferred delivery date. Deliveries are made between 10am to 8pm.
(3) How much in advance do I need to place my orders?
The delivery dates displayed will be 1 working day - 3 weeks from the date the order is placed. The earliest delivery date is next working day for orders placed before 12pm.
We deliver every Tuesday to Saturday however not on Sundays, Mondays & Public Holidays.
Certain dates may be unavailable for selection as we might have reached maximum capacity for deliveries on that day.
(3) Do you offer self-collection?
All orders are delivered by courier. No self collection is allowed.
(4) Is that anywhere in Singapore that you don’t deliver to?
Due to limitations and restrictions, we do not deliver to restricted zones such as army bases, shipyards and offshore islands.
(5) How do I track my order?
I am afraid that we currently do not have a delivery tracking system. However, you may DM us on Instagram @soulshiok to check on the delivery status.
(6) How do I change my delivery address/contact details after my order has been placed?
Please DM us on Instagram @soulshiok or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make.
As we work with third-party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the delivery address if the order is already on the way.
(7) My scheduled delivery failed. How do I arrange for a redelivery?
You can DM us on our Instagram @soulshiok or drop us an email at email@example.com if your delivery was unsuccessful.
A mandatory redelivery fee of $7 has to be paid through the confirmation email after contacting us. If you do not wish to pay the redelivery fee, the order will be cancelled however no refund of goods will be issued.
(8) I am unable to collect my order in person. Can you leave it at my doorstep?
Our deliveryman will contact you if no one is home and you may advise him to leave at the doorstep. However, we recommend that you ensure someone is available to collect the order on your behalf if you are unavailable. We will not be liable for misplaced orders in the event that we need to leave the items at the doorstep or concierge.
Do also note that any chilled products are not to be left outside for more than 2 hours.
(9) Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping at the moment.
