It is best to consume within 2 weeks but it can be kept up to a month in the freezer.
How to heat up the Otah Slabs?
By Steaming- Steam frozen otah slabs over boiling water for 15 minutes
By Airfry- Air fry frozen otah slabs at 180 degrees celsius for approximately 13 minutes.
