How long can it last? 
- Expiry date is available on the packaging.
- Typically 8-10 months if kept frozen.
Directions on how to cook?
- Please do not add water, only if desired. 
- Simply defrost pack in room temperature water for about 30 minutes. 
- Pour content into empty pot and bring to boil.
